Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by calling +91-141-2707580 or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91-9829017147. We request at least a few hours' notice so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Consultation and investigation charges
Consultation and investigation charges are payable at the time of the visit and cover the clinical time, examination and tests carried out. These charges are not refundable once the consultation or investigation has been performed.
Surgical bookings and deposits
Where a surgical date is blocked, any advance collected is adjusted against the final bill. If surgery is cancelled or postponed by the patient, the advance is normally carried forward to the rescheduled date. Refund of an advance, after deduction of costs already incurred such as pre-operative tests or a lens ordered specifically for you, is considered on request.
If surgery is deferred or cancelled on medical advice, or by the centre, any amount collected and not utilised is refunded in full.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or bank account of the payer, against the original receipt and valid identification. Bank processing timelines apply.
Insurance and cashless cases
For cashless or insurance-backed treatment, settlement follows the terms of your policy and the insurer's or TPA's approval. Amounts not covered by the insurer remain payable by the patient.
