उपचार के लिए सहमति

Before any investigation, procedure or surgery, the treating doctor explains the diagnosis, the recommended treatment, realistic expected outcomes, the possible risks and complications, the alternatives available and the likely cost. Written informed consent is obtained before the procedure.

Consent for a child or for a patient unable to consent for themselves is given by a parent, legal guardian or authorised attendant.

Where anaesthesia is required, its type and risks are explained separately. If an unforeseen situation during surgery makes an additional or altered procedure necessary in your interest, this is discussed in advance as part of the consent process wherever possible.

By sharing your mobile number or email with us, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-visit instructions, reports and follow-up messages by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp. You may ask us to stop non-clinical messages at any time.

तस्वीरों, वीडियो और केस उपयोग के लिए सहमति

Clinical photographs and scans may be recorded as part of your medical record. Any use of your photograph, video, testimonial or case details for teaching, conferences, publications or this website is done only with your separate written consent, which you may withdraw for future use at any time.

इनकार या वापस लेने का अधिकार

You may refuse a recommended treatment or withdraw consent before a procedure begins. Our team will explain the likely consequences of that decision and record it, and your future care at the centre will not be affected.
