What is Superficial Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty – SALK?
Superficial Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (SALK) replaces only the most superficial corneal layers and may be considered for anterior corneal scars or dystrophies that do not involve the deeper stroma.
